    rest days

Starting week 3 test e 250mg per week. I am not sore and I have a ton of energy. Do I need more than 1 rest day per week? I usually take a break from the gym 2 days per week do I need that much rest? (I’m not sure if this stuff works?)

okay. why are u only takin 250mg week? u know u could double that right.

but while ur on a cycle u could train the muscle groups 2x week but i never did. u could because aas accelerates ur recovery.

i'd take at least 2 days off. just my opinion

your muscles grow when they rest..i always take 2 days aweek off regardless of whether im on or not..sometimes i even take 3 off..granted on some off days, i'll still do cardio or play softball or basketball..just not hitting weights

I would increase it to 500mgs ew. The muscles won't grow if your constantly tearing them up and not letting them heal (grow).

Ill take 2 days off then. I read about faster recovery so I thought I may be able to cut that down. Do you take off two days in a row or work out a couple days and rest 1?

I usually stagger it. 1 off, 3 on, 2 off. I like to mix it up on my muscle memory.

a lot of training variables like amount of days off needed etc. are on a person by person basis. some people can get away with training bodyparts twice a week/ or using double splits etc... some guys can't. with all other variables remaining constant (diet, sleep......) aas will definately increase ur recovery time exponentially making it a lot harder to overtrain, although not impossible to overtrain

Even though your on the Test an it will make you recover quicker, alays take least 2 days rest, overworking muscle isnt good, and they dont have time to grow as stated above. Rest is just as important as the workout! I was pumping 700mg a week of test pro, thing with test is the more you pump the more you grow simple as that! But i suppose it depends on what you think your body can take, ive been taking AAS for 5 years and know my body can handle that much. Everyones different.
