    Repeat My Last One??

    Ay Guys...was Jus Wondering....my Last Cycle Was A Year Ago..it Was ;
    20 Mgs D.bol Per Day @4wks
    500mgs Test E Wk @10wks
    400mgs Deca Wk @8wks
    .25mgs Letro Per Day..all The Way Thru
    Nolv N Tetris For Pct
    ...my Question Is Could I Do It Again And Still Gain Without Adding Any Others.. Just Up The Weeks...example Test E 12wks...deca 10weeks...ect
    My Reason Is I Liked The Results...not Much Water N I Leaned Up Sum How From It.....im @ 215 Rt Now 16%bf 5'11" 31 Yrs Old.

    sure u can run it again and see good gains. u can also increase ur dbol dose to 40. how was ur sex drive during this cycle? any problems?

    the sex drive was great!i was worried about the letro messn with it...but it kept the water off n the drive was awsome! so you think maybe 40 mgs d.bol per day??

    yeah i think u should bump the dbol dose up to 40. i'd also extend the cycle like u mentioned. deca for 10 weeks and test for 12.

    let me ask u something else, how much did u gain and how much of it did u keep?

    for some reason i did realy well. i started @218 lbs@24%bf and ended @222 or so @18% bf. so lost 6% bf n gained somewhere around 14lbs of muscle..i havnt lost any strength but havn gain much after.im ready to go at it again. my diet was crap before the cycle n i tweaked it pretty good while on.

    I suggest Test 500mg/week for 12 weeks and Deca 400mg for 10 weeks, bump the Dbol at 40mg/day...ya know, just to add a step to your cycle exp.

    I agree about increasingTest for 12 weeks and dbol to 4 weeks

    that's 4 pounds. did you mean 232lbs?

    Actually, if you factor in the BF numbers (assuming they are correct), he gained ~16.5 lbs of muscle.

    run the dbol for longer, i get ultra strong and bloated around weeks 8-10
