Hey guys, I started my first Test E cycle yesterday. Im doing 400MG a week. 6'1" 230LBS. 17%%bf.. Im thinking nolva as a PCT 14 days after my last injection. Is there anything else I should include?

Usual rule is a SERM and an AI..

Aromasin if you can afford it...
Arimidex is the cheaper option...

For the record, the only place were an AI is part of the MUSTS of PCT is on this board. Very few experienced bodybuilders feel that an AI is a must or even a maybe for PCT. Most agree that a SERM alone is the chemical of choice so that they are not fighting an estrogen imbalance throughout the PCT and after PCT.

I can see you argument n4cer.. Obviously rebound can become an issue after using an AI. But then surely thats why its recommended to run the SERM longer than the AI to avoid rebound.. And the use of an AI will keep the Test to Estro ratio more favorable while the SERM is returning natty test levels.

I can see the argument from both sides. My personal choice it to run the AI but taper the dose.

Remember though: the body likes a balance of androgens to estrogens. You have more to worry about than just aromatase rebound. Increased shbg comes to mind immediately.
