Question on Iforce Testabolan and Iforce Bold

I am completely new to this and somewhat confused, but I was going to stack these two supplements: Iforce Bold and Iforce Testabolan, and if I do that, do you think it is necessary to do a post cycle with them, a friend of mine suggested that I do...any help would be greatly appreciated

    I am a 22 year old male, 5'8'' 140 lbs.
    Thanks

why don't you try working out and eating first.... try gaining some more weight before you start with prohormones or AAS

at your weight you should easily be able to gain another 30 pounds this year if you have a proper bulking diet and training regime.

My thoughts exactly. I read this earlier and couldn't muster the strength to reply. These threads are starting to come daily, and it's like Kryptonite to Superman, they are just zapping my strength {sigh}.

"140 lbs here we go again"? I'm sorry i'm not superfreak, I've been lifting for the past 2 years straight without missing more than a week in that time, I have a great healthy diet, I just cannot gain weight after I got my tonsils out 2 years ago where I lost 25 pounds.
Id appreciate a little positive feedback, if your going to say something ignorant then just dont bother saying anything at all

as i said before, head to the diet forum and read the 'how to bulk' threads, your weight is diet related more than anything, and can easily be fixed.

    good luck

whats ya diet like? list it with macros here and people will try n point you in the right direction.

A lot of guys say they eat well.. but then they list there diet and its all wrong..

Most guys are happy after there diet has been corrected.

thanks I appreciate it, so do you think I should stay away from supplements like testabolan and bold until I get my weight up and stick with just a good whey protein as I improve my diet?

yes, i would just focus on gaining as much natural weight as you can, once you feel you have peaked, then you can move into aas or ph.

    My diet is pretty habitual
Every other morning I eat scrambled egg whites with some toast and alternate that with whole grain oatmeal, and a kashi cereal the days I dont eat eggs and drink my protein shake
My lunch is alternated between tuna, turkey, and ham sandwhiches with a protein shake (ctyogainer)
when I get back form the gym I eat a 5 fresh fruit smoothie: Peach, pineapple, orange, raspberry, apples, blueberry, strawberries, and just swap fruits inbetween, I will throw in some yogurt and some protein powder as well
For dinner I alternate bewteen pasta, chicken, steak, and will always have some veggies with dinner, potatoes, lettuce, broccoli, and my protein shake
after dinner if I get hungry again I will have a pack of mini cut carrots

I've been eating like this consistently for 8 weeks, and my weight fluctuates from 137 to 144, but people say I look like I weigh alot more than I do.
I workout 6 days a week, chest and tri's, back and bi's, and shoulders and legs , are my current routines, which I pyramid but I switch them and the workouts up regularly, my cousin and stepdad whom I workout with are extremely knowlegdable in the gym and put me to shame with their dimensions but it motivates me to never give up and never back down however I just hit this plateau with my weight and strength and cant seem to get over it, for the past 2 years, and teh new diet doesnt seem to be helping. I am eating past full.
I apologize for not listing my diet very clearly and any help is honestly greatly appreciated, thank you

We were not trying to be insensitive. The reason you post was received as it was, is that every day people come here and say they are 130 or 140lbs, and instead of asking about a better diet, or asking in general what they need to do to gain weight, they ask about steroids or prohormones. The fact is, in just about every case, the issue is directly related to diet. Eating healthy and eating to bulk are drastically different. You've been given good advice, good luck on achieving your goals.

Your not eating anywhere near enough to grow quicly...

Hit the diet forum... you should be eating 6 pretty identical meals a day.

thanks I appreciate it, and I know what you mean about the kind of people who want to shortcut to prohormones and steroids, so I will stay away from the testabolan and bold.

Do you know anything about "Cytogainer" and if it is decent or any other reccomendations to a good protein to take in aid of gaining?

And just to satisfy my own curiosity to my original question, is it necessary to do a pct for testabolan and bold, meaning does it introduce enough testosterone to call for it, as I know alot of guys who have done dbol and never do a pct, which is obviously more potent to the prohormones....
Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction, as I thought my diet was good considering I eat to the point that I want to vomit for my small frame, I will keep pushing and eat some more.
