Second cycle, want to do it right this time!

Hi, i've completed my 1st cycle which was recommended to me by 'my guy' which was sust and deca at 250 / 200 a week for 12 week. I know now this was wrong but i didn't have this forum. For my second cycle i'm just thinking test e do you think this is the best bet? What dosage maybe 750mg or 500mg? Thanks people!

How were the gains on the first cycle? Did u use pct? How long ago was the cycle? Just curious. Stats?

i dont think your first cycle was terrible..it was just a low dose, nothing wrong with that..hopefully you did PCT though..what are your stats??

did you have any gains? 200mgs of deca and 250mgs of test is way to low to see much growth unless you 110lbs. i would bump the test up to 500mgs a week and the deca up to 400mgs a week

why dont we hear the results before we condem the dosage.

Why do you think your cycle was bad? If anything I would have just increased the doses on both compounds.

sorry, but you can easily gain on 450mg of anabolics/wk..you dont need a lot to grow..all you need is a good diet..more isnt always better

100% agreed.Ive seem some amazing results from lower dose cycles.Diet is everthing,Quality whole foods!Intense training and suffient rest.You will grow and be strong!

I did actually gain around 2 stone which is something like 30 pounds for you lot and i do look totally different to when i started. The only thing is i'm annoyed about the deca because of how bad it shuts you down. Luckily i stopped 2 weeks before test thanks to this site. I'm just about to start my pct of nolva and clomid and i also have hcg just in case. Basically i just love the effects of test and what i'm saying is is there any point stacking for my next few cycles or could i just run lots of test because i love how it makes me feel.
