I`m all new here and looking for some tips. I`m 31 5,9 and 190 pounds 12.5% body fat and have been very active with martials arts all my. The last 4 years I`ve been dong hard core weight training 4 to 5 day a week and have now decided to do my first cycle. I don`t want lots of size but some with a ripped and shredded look. I plan on doing EQ with WINNIE.
week 1-2 600mg eq week 3-12 50mg/day winnie tabs
week 3-9 500mg eq
week 10-13 400mg eq
pct nolvadex for 3 weeks
I`ve done lots of research and the only other ingredient I could think of adding here would test e at either 150mg or 250 mg a week form week 2-11 But If I could get away with just the eq and winnie then I will.
any input would be great!!!
