Democracy is a pile of shit, any leader with any sense at all and who wasn't a war mongerer looking for territory and financial gain could see Democracy is a farce.President Bush said Castro's decision ought to spark "a democratic transition" for Cuba.
"The international community should work with the Cuban people to begin to build institutions that are necessary for democracy and eventually this transition ought to lead to free and fair elections," Bush said Tuesday in Rwanda. "The United States will help the people of Cuba realize the blessings of liberty."

A proper translation would go something like this:
President Bush said "This is wonderful news. 10 US Presidents have tried to overthrow Castro and were unsuccessful. This news is good in that we can now mettle in Cuban affairs and push our weight and ideals around and make them our puppet. In trade for being our bitch, Cuba can become a Democracy and have fair and balanced elections where voter fraud can be implemented and mass media propoganda can go into affect in our favor. Cuba is ours now! hahaha"
