A friend on HRT gave me 7 tubes of testim 1% 50mg test ? What should I do with them ?

My next cycle, will be Test Ent, Tren Ent and Mast. Can I use it as a frontload or save it for end of cycle prior to PCT ?

Testim is a test gel (350 mgs total), someone must have an idea on how best to use it.
