back in october I had terrible pain in my right forearm. It was caused by straight bar curls. I took off about 5-6 weeks from lifting. I started back in mid Dec. I switched from the straight bar to ez bar curls. I notice I am starting to get a similar pain, but nothing too bad. I wonder if I should switch to dumbell curls and lay off the ez bar for awhile. I have an appointment in a couple weeks with a massage therapist who works on tennis elbow and carpel tunnel. any suggestions. I can't miss any more time. I am also starting too ice it 20 mins a night. I bought some bromelain to take ... also I am taking some alleve at night... later on. Hopefully I can get this fixed,,,
