im 180. pretty lean as it is but i wanna be super ripped for summer.
22 years old. have done a cycle of test, dbol, and winny.
been lifting for 3 years. mostly just gaining weight tho. started dieting about 8 months ago on and off...
my question is what are the best things to LEAN down. im prob about 10% bf right now. i do have a 6 pack. but i still would like to be way leaner. ive been thinking about taking clen and t3???
any other suggestions?
oh and i will be doing another cycle of test400 right away so that will be thrown in with it.
