How long should i run exmestane and at what dosage?

Do you have any existing gyno? I have mild gyno lumps and I'm on the AR PCT right now. Everytime I use HCG my nips swell up BIG time and they become really sore for days afterwords. It makes me nervous and I've decided to drop the HCG, I don't want to make my gyno worse.
