DE Squat
Squat/ light bands 10 sets of 135x2
Speed Deads w/ doubled light bands 135 x 1 / 155 x 1 / 5 sets of 185x1
Glute Ham Raises 3 sets of 5
Lotus 2 sets of 45lbs x approx 1 1/2 minutes
Hyper Extensions 3 sets of 10
Comments I was still a bit sore from monday's workout, so box squats werent great. On the other hand, my speed deads felt strong, and they all looked really quick. Gotta love the tension the bands add. Lotus really friend my abs, and glute ham raises are so tough.!
