    Hgh + Igf-1

Whats up guys, I've been reading a lot and I need some advice. Ive been reading alot on here and some other forums and i've almost got it down that i'm going to get on HGH and IGF. I know i know it would be more beneficial to run is with AAS, but i can't do it, i just can't. Its not a money thing, its another. Anyhow, Ive read alot of post on these and the couple where it basically breaks down a cylcle of these two things along with slin. Now, right now i'm 6'3" 220lbs and probably close to 20% BF, i know not good. My goal is to get at 230-235 at around 10% or less, it doesn't have to be exactly that low and i know it will take some time to get it there. Now, I'm really not sure if running these two will get me to that or not but my options are a little limited. Also, what about adding a thyroid hormone, T3, T4? And I know nutrition would be a huge part of this. And again, i know that AAS would help, but basically, i'm not allowed. So hopefully i can get some help with this, and i've a few more questions but i'm going long now. Yall holla at me when you get a chance.

how do you mean not allowed??? i would train for a little longer with a good diet and bring BF down naturaly with cardio then try hitting this stuff, im no expert but from what i've learnt with my mistake i dont want other people to do the same. As for advice on course will leave the vets help you on this.

but personally from what i've been told i would save up a little longer to get gear as well and run together if money is a prob theres no harm in waiting that little bit longer to get a good course in and do things right. dont rush things.

HGH will help with fat loss, but it's not necessary. It's defenitely an expesive way to cut bodyfat. I would try and follow and good diet, training and cardio schedule and maybe take some clen. Once you start struggling with gains then perhaps you could turn to HGH, but at 20% bodyfat you can still loose a lot of weight naturally.

Insulin is a good compound to add when using HGH, however, when insulin is in the game the chances of fat storage increase by far and since your main goal is fat loss I would probably leave insulin out of this (defenitely leave it out if you have never used it before).

Adding T4 with HGH would be a good since HGH will lower your T4 anyway, so take about 50 - 100mcg p/day if you decide to take this stuff.

By the way, if your main goal is fat loss then you don't need AAS.

    Good luck.
