Something clicked last month and I decided I wanted to run the NYC marathon and then maybe try my hand at the Ironman in 2 years... any links to resources or training methodologies on how to train at such a high cardio level and still maintain muscle. I've been doing a lot of cardio lately and I feel like im just burning muscle off my body. I've got a few sites bookmarked but nothing dealing specifically with how to retain muscle on such a high cardio schedule. I'm not really limited in the # of hours I can train if that helps--
