    Help for a newb

Here are some pics, I know they aren't great quality but I dont have a digital camera so I had to use my phone. Just started first cycle, 400mg/ml test prop 1 week ago. 21 years old. 6'4" 232lbs. Very accurate weight used 3 different scales. Any lagging body parts besides my chicken legs?

Ya did one of those underwater tests and it was like 14-15%. Not really lookin to slim down, goin more for the bulking route. Cutting has always been really easy.

Chest, shoulders, traps, and lats need work, how are your triceps? Your biceps look good so far. I'd recommend what a lot guys told me, you need to build up some mass. I don't know what your lifts consist of, but alot of guys here told me to include, squats (not that gay smith machine either), deadlifts, and bench press. Stick with free weights, I try to steer clear of machines, too many pullys and crap taking weight off your muscles.

Size goals are not too specific in the weight department, its all about how I look but if I were to guess I would say probably about 20-25 lbs before I cut. So in the area of 250, 255ish. I am doing mainly heavy free weight stuff. My back has always been my strongest point so I am thinking of adding a day of chest and tri?

decent foundation. back pose is a classic. eat big, lift heavy. i think you dont need a cycle yet. i think you still have some natural potential to fill first, but thats just me.

LOL, cycles are like Lays potatoe chips, you can have just one! You're gonna love the juice, my bet is he'll be doing his 2nd cycle within a few months of the first one.

I have lifted weights continuously for over 5 years and have always made gains. Yes, I have hit some rough spots where I have had to switch up my diet or routine but I have consistantly made gains. When I was 16, I was 6'4" 175 lb. As of pre-(first)cycle, I am 6'4" and 232 lbs. In five years, I have gained 57 lbs. In the past five months, I have only managed to put on 4-5 lbs. I feel like I have reached a plateau that I would like to get over. This is the main reason I am choosing to use steroids. I do not have to, but want to, but thanks for the support everybody

Hey I like those squats on the gay smith machine

I agree with most of the other coments, But if you would fill your chest out you would be a monster.
