Best for upper inner mass would be incline db press, incline db flyes, cable crossovers

What does your chest day look like?

that's a decent routine. what rep ranges are you using and how difficult are your sets? are you going until failure at all?

to each his own. DB's really don't work for mass with me. I think it is important to switch up between BB and DB so your body is never adapting to a specific kind of movement.

I agree with you, no one should be sticking to a certain routine forever, things must always be switched up thats the only way you will make improvements. For me db have always worked better than bb but I rotate them everyweek.

I, like most, have found when you start to plateu then switch up the work out exercises and shock the muscles, that will keep them growing. Also be careful of over training, 15 sets for your chest is a lot, if your looking for mass cut back on number of sets and reps and increase the weight.

End your chest training with incline presses and incline flyes on a low incline and keep your chest up during the entire duration. Train with lighter weights and better form if you want more chest size.

thanks guys, I am going to try switching up my work out. I already push to failure but should I say add one more upper chest movement or just try to shock my chest by changing things completely? (I want my upper inner pec to catch up)

it's hard to work just one area of the chest. maybe do flat BB bench, incline BB bench. decline DB presses, and then end with a slight incline fly. no reason to overtrain. and yeah, switch it up if you plateau.
