    how long?

    just wanted some feed back how long do you guys wait after injecting test prop to go workout.

    it doesnt matter what time you inject..hell i just took a shot and I got home from the gym at 3 hours ago

    Before after or during. It makes no diff what so ever. Mentally you may be pumped more if you shoot before.... Now if you are talking Suspension... One hour before you workout

    doesnt matter when you inject as long as your on schedule with your injection days.

    I thought that with some short esters like prop and tren, they should be injected an hour before going to the gym?

    I guess I was wrong?
