100mgs for 10 days then 50mgs for 10 days.

I only have 15 Amps of the Winny right do I need to get more, I am 22 6'1 and on a good workout routine, I eat pretty healty lots of egg whites no white bread, tond of protien...

I want to cut up and put on some a little bulk...

I was told to start the winny 4 weeks into the Deca, and take a shot every other day, and have them end at around the same time. Is this correct?

i am also going to add 500MG of test for 10 weeks

What do you guys think of this, any personal experience from this kind of cycle.

as Big said what are your stats? Is this your first cycle? If so, you only need to do test and save the deca and winny for another time

i will add test 500 mg/ wk for 10 weeks

Bf: 10%
Height: 6'1

This is what Big is asking for

1-12 500mg/wk test e
1-10 300mg/wk deca
8-14 50mg winny/day

you might want a little more aggressive PCT than just clomid too
