I have read of ton a forums and posts now involving bulking diets and ss cardio, and some things were still left unclear to me.
It seems most because of the intensity of workouts while bulking suggest low intensity SS over HIIT, which is fine, and also suggest it after glycogen depletion (after waking up/after wokout).
If at that point the majority of what you`re burning is fat, then why does everyone suggest you WILL gain fat on a bulking cycle. If you`re doing low intensity SS cardio 5-7 days a week even twice a day, I see someone losing fat even on a moderate calorie excess, am I completely off base here? Also, does your body adapt to the SS cardio and slow fat loss the more you do it?
I know DC recommends not even chaning your diet, and just doing SS cardio in the morning 6 days a week.
Bascially i`m trying to start a bulking cycle here soon, and I want to know if I can lose fat on a bulking cycle, and if I do how much my gains will be slowed for LBM and why.
Also, if anyone has any good case studies or scientific reports on something relating, or even carb cycling strageties/anything beneficial to losing/keeping down fat while making maximal LBM gains, I would love to see it.
