I am also experimenting with Tribulus Terrestris

I have been on my program for about 6 weeks now. I started at 175lbs and am at 185lbs. I do have muscle memory as I have trained in the past and I just recently added the muscle milk to my diet.

My goal is to add about 20lbs of muscle and then switch to a cutting diet. I figure to add about a pound of muscle a week and obtain my goal in about 5 months.
Please give as much criticism as possible...Thanks!!!

horrible diet plan, imo. cut out all the waffles w/syrup,cram cheese, mayo etc. too much fruits and juices in one serving as well,(i know its nautral sugar but too much of good thing is bad) spred your fuit intake though out the day.also i would sub yogurt for cottige cheese (low fat or even better fat free)

you can so you dont get sick of the food you are eatting. try getting as much "clean food" as you can, by clean food i mean if you are going to eat a chicken breast , eat a chicken breast dont put gravy or ranch dressing on it. avoid empty calories, protien , complex carbs thats what you are after.

Dude, Alex is pretty good on this topic. You don't need your meals packed with such high-glycemic foods unless you are a natural ectomorph.

Plus, keep an eye out for proper food combinations, since mixing the wrong foods together can be hard on your digestion, which means that you won't even absorb the food as well as you should be.

For example, fruits should always be eaten on an empty stomach--whatever that means in your case.

I believe I am a natural ectomorph. Before I started lifting, I was skinny with long muscle bellies. When I stop lifting, I could lose as much as 20lbs. But now that I am 30 my metabolism has obviously slowed down. I am taking Alex's advice and will revise my diet and add egg whites in the morning and brown rice and whole wheat pasta. And most importantly, start shopping and Trader Joe's.

As far as egg whites, should I hard-boil them or can I scramble them??
    Does it matter???

I like to scramble them. I might put in one whole egg just for color. I also like them in the blender raw, this isn't recommended though.
