I had surgery last december on my shoulder, very minor , had to trim my collar bone as it was rubbing bone against bone.
I have been back to the gym few weeks and muscle memory is already kicking in. I know most of you will say wait until I am fully recovered but I am not going to listen and just want to get back to normal as quick as possible.
I am going to run Deca and test, possibly some d bol in at the end.
I want to be able to run a summer cutter of Test Prop and Winny as well so I want to run my current cycle as short as possible.
I know 10 weeks is recommended for Deca and that is what I have access to right now,
My question is if I FRONTLOAD the test E and Deca, can I shorted it up to 8 weeks so I will have some time off for before running my summer cutter.
Thanks for any info and I just cant wait anylonger, I have lost so much from not being able to work out that I am starting no matter what you guys say.
