Thread: anyone have any input on sust. and deca mild cycle

    anyone have any input on sust. and deca mild cycle

    I am about to start a short cycle of sust and deca. The reason being I only have 9 shots of sust for now and 40 shots of deca. So does anyone see a problem of 1 shot of sust 250mg/wk and 2 shots of deca 200mg (400mg/wk). I would appreciate any input ty.

    Welcome.
    We need your stats to advise.
    Sust needs to be administered every other day for stable levels, not once a week. You do not have enough for a proper cycle.
    What would you do for pct?

    every other day ive heard maybe twice a week i know the prop is a short ester but dont believe every other day. last year i started wit 500 mg wk once a wk then went up to a 1000mg /wk twice a week went from 235 to 278

    43lbs? lot of that was water weight an fat Im sure

    im 34 6' 243 and been liftin on and off for 16 yrs i ran my first cycle when i was 21 my second in 2006 got stabbed last year at the end of a 4 month cycle running prop. first then son phenylprop. lots of sust. and when i was 21 i ran just 1 shot a weeek of sust wit finaplex and both times made big gains beeen back lifting for month and a half now cardio every day and been training 4x aweek so is that enough info been around awhile and done alot of research actually made some of my own prop phenyl and suspension along wit tren just never ran deca and didnt want to get too crazy this time
