hi all.. please give me some suggestion on using dbol.
i dun wana use it on sat and sun.. only mon - fri
my idea is to take 50 mg oral / mon - fri (split 20mg morning. 20 mg before training and 10mg before dinner)
bt i duno anything about cycle and what is the best.. and i'm only taking dbol.. i've read other posts that dbol alone is not good.. i dun know the main reason.. but SO FAR dbol is the only thing that i can find in my country...
is it ok if i
1st week - take 30mg/day mon - fri
2nd week - take 40mg/day mon - fri
3rd week - take 50mg/day mon - fri
4th week - take 50mg/day mon - fri
5th week - take 40mg/day mon - fri
6th week - take 30mg/day mon - fri
and rest for 1 month and continue???
please help !!!
