Okay been taking Test E @500mg/wk and Deca @400mg/wk
on 4th wk right now,
my diet:
2 lbs chicken
6 eggs
2 cans tuna w/4 slices bread (wheat)
1 cup oatmeal
2 bananas
150g of whey protein mixed with water(3 sep. servings)
this is everyday spread out in 7 meals
take a really good multi vit & calcium(with magnesium and zinc)pills.
gained 14 lbs so far, and strength is through the roof.
so should i continue this regiment or do u guys see any improvements to be made? thanks anything could help!
