adex pros respond

I quit my letro 2 and a half weeks ago, was on tamox but dropped it and now I'm doinf adex eod.

With one spray every other day I'm not seeing the gyno get any worse so I'm hopeful about this "rebound."

Question: Is the adex (0.25mg eod) still cutting my estrogen way down?

Regardless of that answer, will tapering from 1 spray eod to 1 spray e3d, then e4d, then off, will that effectively avoid an adex rebound? I'm not clear on whether adex causes a rebound, or if does, at what dosage.
