Hey guys, opions great apreciated, back in the gym now from having time of from looking after my old girl she now getting better, included pics starting of at 9st6lbs and recently well 2weeks ago at 10st4lbs, im now currently wei***ng 10st 10lbs from wei***ng this morning, beleave it or not the to 10st 4 pics taken the same day was mucking about with misses with the side pic lol all advice on areas i need to work on would be helpful and before anyone starts shouting i know legs!! which im now doing and thinking is the reason my weight is starting to go up so quickly.![]()
