While I was opening the vial to my HCG I broke the bottle that holds the water. I was wondering if anyone knew if you can mix the HCG powder with test oil?

No you most certainly can not !!! By some Bacteriostatic Water and use that. The link is in the post above.

I do believe they come in vials as well. So your brain isn't too fried.
When the poster said "bottle", I'm sure he meant vial or amp.
