    Progress, need rivision??

    Okay been taking Test E @500mg/wk and Deca @400mg/wk

    on 4th wk right now,

    my diet:

    2 lbs chicken
    6 eggs
    2 cans tuna w/4 slices bread (wheat)
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 bananas
    150g of whey protein mixed with water(3 sep. servings)

    this is everyday spread out in 7 meals
    take a really good multi vit & calcium(with magnesium and zinc)pills.
    gained 14 lbs so far, and strength is through the roof.
    so should i continue this regiment or do u guys see any improvements to be made? thanks anything could help!

    well i'm going to be honest.

    you shouldn't have started a cycle. since you already did without a proper diet, you aren't going to see gains that you could have made with a good diet. that being said, can you break those up and post separate meals and what you eat in each meal. put the macros in there for each meal along with the calories associated with them.
