Starting My First Cutter Tomorrow...Diet w/Macros

I'm 5'11 170lbs and am cutting because I have gained 25 pounds the last few months and want to start shedding away some of the fat. I play basketball sat/sun mornings before breakfast for a couple of hours and Monday/Wednesday nights for a couple of hours. I also lift 5-6 days a week. Will this be enough cardio or should I still wake up everyday and run? Your critique is appreciated

According to Harris Benedict my maintenance weight = 2865 so I'm gonna keep my caloric intake around the 2400-2600 range for this cut.

    Meal 1:

    Pro/Carb

    4 egg whites 68 cal/14.4g P
4 pieces of Whole Wheat Bread with non Fat cream cheese 420 cal/78g C/24gP/2gF

    Totals: 488 Cal/78gC/38gP/2gF

    Meal 2

    Pro/Fat

    6oz chicken breast 180 cal/39g P/2.25gF
cooked in 2 tbsp of olive oil 240 cal/28g F

    Totals: 420 Cal/39g P/30.25 g F

    Meal 3

Same as Meal 2 with veggies (broccoli/mixed greens)

    totals: 420 Cal/39g P/30.25 g F

    Workout

    PWO Nutrition

    Blue Berry Muffin 550 cal/ 78g C/10g P/ 26g F
    2 scoops of protein in water 220 cals/5g C/ 46g P/3g F

    Totals 770 cals/83 g C/ 56g P/ 29g F

    Meal 5:

    Pro/Carb

    2 cups Brown Rice 340 cal/72 g C/ 8g P/ 2 g F
    6oz chicken breast (cooked on foreman with no olive oil) 180 cal/39g P/ 2.25 g F

    Totals 520 cal/72g C/47g P/ 4.25 g F

    GRAND TOTALS: 2618 Cals/233g C/219g P/95.75 g F

    How does this look?

Looks good. For cutting many people would do more protein and less carbs than that though.

I would lose the whole wheat bread and use oatmeal instead.. Also with the amount of training you are doing I would go with a pro/fat meal before bed, like cottage chesse and some flax.. Need a bit more tweaks here and there, but you are not to far off..

Why swap the bread for oats. I'm just wondering cause i'v dropped oats for whole wheat bread.

    Much more Protein.
Last meal needs to be slow absorbing Pr like casein
Your Carb/ Pr ratio is not good
Why the blueberry muffin? Replace with atleast 60 Dex

Oats are lower on the GI scale.. If you are bulking it could be ok, and some may be able to get away with it while cutting, but for me personally I like carbs that are low on the GI scale such as oats, and yams to control my insulin spike...

so even though the bread is whole wheat it would be worse than the oats because the oats have a lower GI right.
