Help PCT for Deca Dura & Winny

I am doing a cycle of Deca & Winny 8-10 wks both are Injectable along with proviron and I want to know how much dosage wise of clomid is it, 300mg day 1, 100mg day 2-11, 50mg day 12-21 or 150 mg wk 1, 100 mg wk 2, 50 mg wk 3,4 or 150mg wk 1,2 and 100mg wk 3,4?, and when to use Clomid (is it right after or up to 3 weeks after because of the androgen affect and that I am using deca dura) and HCG for my post cycle therapy? I am a bit confused..some people say start clomid 3 weeks after your last injection of the longest acting substance (i.e. Deca 3 weeks after) some people say to start it immediately after your last injection like the following day. About HCG others say to do HCG a total of 3 times (5000 iu) every 5 days apart for example five days before your last injection or deca or winny and the next 2 injections 5 days apart as well for a total of 15 days and 3 injections. so can anyone tell me how to use clomid and HCG together after a Deca and Winny for PCT? and for example if I am not supposed to do clomid 3 weeks post cycle what do I do for 3 weeks after my last injection of deca and winny? do I use proviron for 3 more weeks until I start clomid? Or will the HCG shots do the trick before I start clomid? meaning I won't need proviron for those 3 weeks before I start the clomid? I really want to know the best way for this because I don't want to lose my gains and don't want any serious long term side effects thanks to anyone you has an answer.

What are you stats? Why are you running a deca and winny cycle.

I was told to use both of them as a first time cycle because they don't aromatise much meaning somewhat safe for a first time user and that I wanted to have size with cuts, but I have seem to have more size than cuts now..I am in my 7th week of the cycle and I wanted to do a proper PCT so I don't lose my gains. I have really gained alot of size and muscle too. anything else you'd like to know?

did you need the dosage of winny and deca? I forgot to mention it if you want it's as follows:

Deca Dura wk 1-8-10 400mg a week 2x a week (200mg)
Winny wk 1-8-10 150mg a week EOD (50mg)
Proviron 50 mg a day (don't have deca dick with this)

oops forgot to mention another thing I actually have about 2 weeks worth of deca and winstrol extra and I am debating on whether to use one or both for an extra 2 weeks to make it a total of 10 weeks I am finishing my seventh week and entering my 8th any point of view on this?

Start the pct three weeks after last deca shot. Run the proviron after cycle and through pct if you have enough.
Run hcg for the same three weeks before starting pct.
I would add an AI to the pct.
Stop the cycle at 8 weeks, you are already stressing your liver and screwing up you lipid profile with the winny (which should have been ran ed by the way)

Hey thanks man AI you mean like novaldex? I have like 4 injections extra like 2a week of deca should I use it for an additional 2 weeks because I don't want to waste the vials because I already paid for it in advance..I am going into my 8th week on monday. Can I ask what the reason is my cycle is shitty to you? can you recommend what I should have done? let me get what you said straight just so we are clear ok about the PCT. So if I have enough proviron take it all the way through the PCT right? I have 3 vials of 5000 IU of HCG how should I administer it? one shot every 5 days in the PCT 3 weeks after my last Deca shot right or how? Use a AI I am assuming Nolvadex right? how many times a day and how many miligrams per day? and clomid for up to 4 weeks pct right? what do you advise for dosage of clomid mg and how many days? should I take milk thistle to clean out my liver during the PCT and how much a day should I take I heard up to 900 mgs could this be true? I am also taking Niacin, fish oil, CO enzyme Q10, vitamin C, and a multivitamin. anything you could advise additional that I take or something for my cholesterol? I did check it like a month ago and my cholesterol was high. during my PCT how should I workout? the same more or less? same weight and cardio exercises or less? thanks for your response am looking forward to your response..

Hey does anyone know how to run the HCG for 3 weeks before I start my PCT so how much do I use in those 3 weeks dosage wise? I have 3 vials of 5000 IU, what dosage of clomid should I use and for how long? I have 4 injections extra of deca dura can i do them for an extra 2 weeks? for a total of 10 weeks it won't hurt to do it will it? after this week no more winny though. anyone know much appreciated
