    Music for Motivation

    Recently got an Ipod, so put my current favourite song on (superstar by saliva) before each set of Straight leg dumbell deadlifts today and they felt better than ever and got an extra rep out on each set, music is great for motivation!
    BTW the 750mg of Test E and 600MG of Primobolan a week help too!

    I just sing the "I'm a little teapot" song as I do my hard sets.

    I'm a little teapot, short and stout
    REPETITION 1
    Here is my handle, here is my spout
    REPETITION 2
    When I get all steamed up, hear me shout
    REPETITION 3
    Just tip me over and pour me out!
    REPETITION 4
    I'm a clever teapot, yes it's true
    REPETITION 5
    Here's an example of what I can do
    REPETITION 6
    I can change my handle to my spout
    REPETITION 7
    Just tip me over and pour me out
    REPETITION 8
