Thread: New Diet

    New Diet

    New to the boards and looking for some pointers on a new diet.
    Stats: 5'10" 185 lbs 19-20%bf

    Hoping to get down around 15% bf, with that goal how does this look?

    One:
    1 whole egg
    8 oz egg white
    1 pkg quaker insta oats

    Two:
    2 scoops whey
    fish oil supp

    Three:
    8 oz chicken
    1 cup broccoli

    PWO/Four:
    2 Scoops Whey
    8 oz whole milk
    75 gr dextrose

    Meal 5:
    8 oz chicken
    1 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup brown rice

    Meal 6:
    1 cup 2% cottage cheese
    fish oil supp

    Gr. Totals: 270/183/41
    Kcal Totals: 1080/732/369
    Daily Kcal Total: 2181
    Macros: 50/34/17

    Macros look good. Might not be enough calories. Are you doing cardio? I would swap out meal two for tuna.

    i'd go for skim milk in your PWO shake. i don't see a need for whole milk.

    Fallen: Yes I'll be doing a.m. cardio, empty stomach the whole bit. I'll probably be mixing in tuna, etc for shakes, just kinda using this as a baseline to get rolling

    Nova: I agree about the skim milk, but we keep whole milk around the house for the kiddo, maybe I'll pick up a 1/2 gal of skim for myself though.

    if it's just much easier for you to use the whole it isn't too big of a deal. i just don't see a need. if you change up the diet a little, repost it and we'll take another look if you'd like.
