Need help with injections

I have been using test e sachets and I shoot it in my delts. The problem is that I am starting to get acne in that area and I am only one week in to my cycle.

So my question is this, is the spot where you inject directly related to where your acne appears, if of course it does? If so, I'd like to start shooting in the glutes but I am not sure where the exact location is. I looked on the steroid.com website under injection info but it is not real clear..at least not for me.

Anyone have a link to a better website with a diagram or even a video showing exactly how and where to shoot in the glutes?

In my experience, I get the acne at the base of my scalp, shoulders, back and chest regardless of where I inject. I find that shooting more frequently lessens the acne for me, and washing with dishwashing liquid helps, but it can dry your skin if you use it every day.

frequent injections, clean sheets once a week, and changing pillow case every other night are the key for me. i produce alot of oil

I can not see acne being spot related. Its not a rash or something like that is it.

Thanks for the websites, they were useful. As for it being a rash, I don't think it is. Although sometimes the acne never comes to a head, almost like a boil.

I also dilute my test e with a 1/2ml of USDS grapeseed oil. Not sure if that matters but i have to do it because of the BA levels in the sachets!

I am also taking 40-60mg TBOL for the first 5 weeks, will this help or hurt me as far as controlling the acne?
