    What am I doing wrong

I have been stuck at 185 for 2 weeks now and I eat like a savage
(good food). I am at the gym 5 days a week with great workouts I'm 5'8" and on week 7 of 600mgs enanth for 12. the only thing I notice different is I'm getting really ripped. I want to get to 195-200, have I plateaued? am I doing something wrong? Anyone else had this prob and what did they do?

I had the same problem and I thought I was eating plenty but my metabolism is so fast that i was basically staying full most of the day. Once I started doing this I saw an immediate increase in my weight and size.

I don't even eat the recommended 3500 calories a day and I have gained 23lbs in 6 weeks on 500-600mg of test a week. Granted I am not getting "ripped" because my diet still sucks. Upper body is cut as hell but I still have a little flab around the waist.

Right now I am attempting to control my weight to stay in the 190-195 range. But I went from 175 natural weight to 190-195 in 4 weeks.

Like hardgainer in bulk period. I eat chocolate 200-300g a day. I always bulk up with this extra sweat calories. And for me clean 3500cal/day is maintenance and Iam full all day.. cant imagine eat more clean foods.

fatmax, what are your stats, more specifically, what do you weigh? judging by what you've posted you're not eating ANYWHERE NEAR enough protein on a daily basis...it's true for most people, that 1 to 1.5 gram of protein per lb. of lean body mass is what it takes... alot of guys on here eat 2g per lb. I know it's intimidating, and it IS a lot more to eat... but if you want it, you gotta do it.

do you have a specific diet plan? that's the key. You have to figure out what it takes for your body to "maintain", and increase your calories accordingly. you WILL, gain weight.

wow you eat way more then me when im bulking and i have no problem gaining. its wierd how easy it is for me to gain muscle weight when im bulking because i have always had such a fast metabolisim and used to have trouble putting on weight before starting gear. i do make sure i get around 400 grams of protein a day though

You say you have great workouts, are you getting stronger? If your weights are increasing every week with high intensity, why are you complaining? Don't go by the scale, it could possibly be that you are gaining muscle and losing bf at the same time, if this is the case you have achieved what all bodybuilders only dream of! Go with it, don't pack on a bunch of unnecessary body fat.

thats a bump for what samcam stated, if your not making gains from all that eating than maybe the enanth is not any good or maybe under dosed.
