    it couldn't affect digestion - your body naturally adds water to aid digestion in your small intestine anyway - in the large intestine water is removed. I'd say keep it up. If you didnt drink while you ate, you would just be thirsty afterwards anyway.

    as long as you aren't chugging it won't negatively effect digestion. 16oz may be a good limit.
