    Good Advice From Someone Who Knows What They Are Talking About

    Would this do anything for me, if i ran a 10 week cycle of deca at .5cc for the first 5 weeks and 1cc for the last. If i ran that by itself with nothing else?? im 5'11 135 pounds. i want to bulk up and add atleast 15 pounds. i have been weight lifting for over a year now and just want something that will help put some solid weight on quick...

    at your weight you need to get your diet in check. list your meals with calories,carbs and fat.

    Ok mr. Big then what is a good supplement that would help me get to where i want to get. I would like to look into some Pill form of something just to give me an extra step that i could use

    ok well if i get my diet in check whats a good booster taht i can take to help out besides the diet

    if you like, but you won't need it if you diet properly.

    can you give me some good ideas of proper foods to eat.. i know (protiens, lots of calories, ect ect) but what are some like real good ideas. for example eggs, oatmeal for breakfast

    Stop being so damn lazy and be in shape or carry on being lazy and never achieve your goals. There is no magic pill which allows you to gain muscle on a crap diet. Sort the diet and then grow for a couple of years. Then come back and post a thread on gear.

    In post number 8 of this thread I posted 2 links telling you exactly what to eat and when and you still ask questions like this? Good grief dude, just come over to my house and I'll fix you a nice big meal then read the threads to you, will that help?

    how about you put in some work yourself and put a diet together. If your training sucks like your attitude then you will never reach your goals.

    well grinder you asked for Advice From Someone Who Knows What They Are Talking About and you got it. i am pretty sure you will hear about the same from just about everyone. well there may be one guy who will come in and say you should run a test dbol deca cycle but thats one out of a thousand so take it for what it is worth...............
