But seriously, I'd say that's a decent cycle for a first timer. You aren't going overboard with the doses or running a bunch of compounds. Smart to not run tren the first time either. At those doses (400/400mg) You shouldn't have too many side effects and should see fairly good results as long as you have your diet/training/rest on track. Make sure you hit up all the other forums to make sure you have all your bases covered, especially diet which is the most important to making decent and consistant gains.
how many IU's are you running of HGH and how many days a week? How long do you plan on running that for?

The weight you are experiencing is going to be mostly water retention weight at this stage. Quality muscle gains don't start until weeks 4 or 5 but you should start noticing strength and maybe mescle endurance gains during wk 3 or 4. Since this is your first cycle you should respond quite well to the combination of the Test/Deca which is pretty much the bread and butter and one of the more popular stacks
