    Welcome to AR!

    First off, dont touch steroids at 30% bf! You need to loose weight first.. doing aas at that bf% will cause more problems than it will solve.

    Diet and cardio first...

    Whats your diet like? post it with macros.

    over doing the cardio can make you catabolic, but a resonable amount with the right diet will allow ya system to stay anabolic...

    if your diet is high in protein, med-low on carbs, and low fat you can still carry on building quality muscle while loosing the extra fat.

    whats ya diet like at the mo? write out ya typical food day.

    Incline of 16 and speed of 3.6 on the treadmill every morning b4 breakfast and once ever evening, making a total of cardio twice daily. The incline walk is the best possible way to burn the most fat while burning the least amount of muscle. I also like to bike every once in awhile.

    Quick tips:

    -Eat every 2-3 hours. (keeps metabolism high)
    -Cut carbs 5hrs before you go to bed.
    -drink a lot of water.
    -Take muilti-vitamin.
    -Eat lots of green veggies. (Negative calories)
    -Drink sugars and protein after your cardio/workouts.
    -Try to have carb/protein meal in morning and 2 hr before cardio in the evening.

    Make sure you hit the gym every other day and hard! Sometimes ED if you feel your body is ready for it. Sometimes your body might feel fatigued and it is important for you to allow your body to rest.

    Muscle will build during recovery, so diet is very essential.

    ya diet isnt perfect, but not a bad starting point... (def needs work, but better than what most come here with)

    Looks like you need to balance ya meals more...
    Start by this..

    Rules
    Take your weight in lbs.. for every lb eat 1.5g of protein..

    1g of Protein = 4cal
    1g of Carbs = 4cal
    1g of Fat = 9cal

    Your diet should be a 40/40/20 split of calories (protein, carbs, fat)

    Lower the carbs if your wanting to loose fat

    For you..
    250lb x 1.5 = 375g of protein per day
    375g x 4cal = 1400cal.. so normally your carb intake should match this figure.

    Fat being 20% of the split means 700 fat cals, 700/9 = 77g of fat per day max.

    Daily Amounts.
    Protein = 375g
    Carbs = 375g
    Fat = 77g

    Now break this down evenly for 6 meals a day...
    Each meal should consist of :-
    Protein = 62g
    Carbs = 62g
    Fat = 13g

    Adjustment for goals.
    As your trying to loose fat, cut the carbs down from these numbers.. not eating carbs 5 hours b4 bed like knox said is a great place to start..

    Cutting carbs before periods of low activity is the second place to start cuttting them...

    hope this helps as a starting point...
