    Question Anapolon50 Question

    hey guys,

    been reading alot on anapolon50 and im having a hard time to find out when is the best time to take it? (eg.When i wake up/an hour before training/after training)??

    (i usually wake up around 10-11am and i usually go training around 1-2pm)

    its the same as anadrol fella, so looking to take 50-100mg a day imo split throughout the day(morning/afternoon/evening) to keep blood levels constant.
    Whats your stats??? be able to give you a lot better info.

    Get up earlier your wasting valuable eating time in the morning and thats the best time to get food in you your body is a sponge looking for nutrients.

    i was just curious, i read some posts saying the best time is to do 1 single dose so your at your peak when your training, but then i see others like yourself saying to spread it out for the sake of blood levels

    helps minimize side effects from the gear and your liver, if anything ive learnt since being on here is that. health is the name of the game if you dont have that wont be able to lift.

    if i spread it out, wont it interfere with sleep?

    I've done both spread it out and take 1 a day. It seems to make a little more sense on paper to spread it out and keep the blood levels up. I didnt notice anything other than My heart was fluttering if I was taking it too close to my work out so I started taking one in th emorning and one 3-4 hours before I trained.
    You obviously go to bed late so, one in the am and one around 6 shouldn't effect any sleep. Just make sure you have your silymarin and flaxseed ( with bombs especially), keep your organs in check.

    it may but can always use a mild sleeping agent to help you get to sleep if anything get used to it with time, may want to get other ppls opiouns on this as havent used before so would nt able to comment on it, but dbol is simialr and i get used to that with my sleep after a while.

    If it is keeping you up, work through it and take it earlier. If you have to cut down to one dose a day...I don't see that playing a major role in your results IMO.

    Try not to take any sleep agents, most of them have half lives that could effect the way you train and eat over a short period of time, only if you have to.
