    Fatigue on cycle?

Starting week 9 600mg test e, 600mg deca and I am always tired, even after 7-8hrs of sleep. Diet is great. Lifting is great 60-90 min, always heavy, but I'm tired and I feel like my strength gains aren't quite what they should be. I'm 3 days on/ 1 day off. Any ideas?

are you running any anti Es? Those are famous for fatigue and muscle/joint/bone pain and weakness. I'm experiencing it big time right now.

One juicehead at the gym told me the following when I hit a rough patch on my cycle:

Take 4 days off. Yes, 4 days straight, no lifting at all. When I did this, the day I came back to the gym, I felt so fresh and I lifted so hard for the next couple of weeks.

19-nors tend to fatigue you if your test hasn't fully kicked in yet

    Rapacious-I'm running .25 L-dex
Nstart-I was thinking about it, but I feel like I'll be wasting my juice by taking so much time off

RBC = Red Blood Cell Count

Too high and it causes fatigue. I'm not saying that's your problem. I was just answering your question.

o hell yea i just dropped adex. I'd rest a few days and if that doesnt help i bet its the ldex. If it is, then you're outta luck because it wont wear off for weeks after u stop it.

for me it was severe leg and back fatigue with dramatically reduced stamina. 'cut my workouts down to less than 60 min most days.

    or maybe ur sick

I felt the same way in which I thought I was wasting 4 days, but I decided to do it and it worked out great for me.

What would you see more beneficial? 6 weeks of half-assed workouts, or 5 weeks of all-out-assault workouts?
