    low dose deca or high dose eq

    I wanted to run a light summer cycle, but not get to big because i dont need any accusations or suspicion from my new employer. I will be doing heavy lifting and such in the sun, so waterweight and bloat are not helpful. So basically, i want to know, based on all of your experiences, which cycle will be more effective for my goals, and if bloat from cycle #1 will really be that much more than #2. I have done a cycle of test e250/wk and eq 600/wk last summer, but have no experience with deca at all. Also, do i need to worry about progesterone sides at that dose of deca?

    250mg/wk test e
    200mg/wk deca

    or

    250mg/wk test e
    600mg/wk eq

    stats:
    185 lbs
    5' 10"
    about 9-10% bf
    lifting for 5ish years
    2 cycle experience

    Im brand new here, so I could be wrong I suppose.... but I have been doing a TON of research on the steroid profiles, etc. and from what I've read I think you probably want to do at least 400mg/week of Test E for it to be worthwhile. Get a second opinion, I suppose, but from how I understand the charts/numbers in the profile, 250mg is a bit of a waste of a cycle really.

    I disagree. 250 mg/wk of test is more than enough to grow on if training and diet are up to par. Now As far as eq or deca, that would really depend on your goals. Eq will put on some lean gains, which seems more suitable for you considering you dont want your new employer suspicious of you.

    if you want lean gains i would go with a short ester cycle if you dont mind the pinning.....

    weeks 1-8 75mgs test p every day

    weeks 2-8 50mgs winstrol every day(oral or injectable)

    this would give you very nice lean gains with a good clean diet.

    you are low in body fat and i think this cycle would suit you great..

    make sure pct is strong for maximum recoery..

    it cant be short esters. I will be living with the folks over the summer, since that is where my internship is located, so i need the pinning to be at a minimum to avoid any suspicion. My choice is either of the two i listed, nothing else. My goals are also listed. And 250/wk is not too low, i have made very nice gains off that amount, i would like to keep the dosages just low enough to make gains. Basically i am asking if anyone has done low dose test and deca, and if they got puffy or stayed somewhat cut.

    deca > eq in every way IMO.
    250mg/wk is actually a very ideal dosing

    haha i already got the deca anyway... but yea, does deca really help with joints or do people just hype it up? Cuz if it does, thatd be excellent for the kinda work i will be doing. @ 250, do i need to worry about anti-progs, or will there be minimal sides? And puffyness - will this be bad with the deca @ this dose? EQ isnt that bad... just a different creature. But i can probably make better gains with half the dose on deca it sounds like

    eq doesnt really do jack for me
