FULL FAT MAYO.. can it be used as good fat?

as summer is coming around the corner, like everyone else Im going to start cutting... Now i know that full fat mayo has *****3's compared to low fat mayo that doesnt... so now i was wondering can i use full fat mayo for my efa's? like for the last meal i would have chicken or egg salad with mayo but no carbs and also a meal within the day.

ive been reading what other people use and it seems alot of people use low fat mayo but to my knowledge they dont have ***** 3s?

can i use full mayo while cutting?

There are better sources of EFA's than that. If I remember correctly full fat mayo is high in trans fats which are not good.

There aren't any trans fats in mayo. It is true that the EFA's go away in the non fat mayo compared to the full fat amount. However, a tablespoon of flax seed oil has 4-5 times the O Mega-3 than regular mayo.
