ok guys here is what i eat...im trying to get shredded and need some help. i recently have moved away from weight training and now do i guess u could say MMA training. i love the way i feel but im still lacking on the diet a bit. and i know diet is key. here is what i am eating almost everyday.
meal 1: egg whites with veggeis and 2 pieces plain whole wheat bread.
meal 2: protein shake with flax
meal 3: lean protein with veggies
meal 4: shake with peanut butter
meal 5: PWO shake
meal 6: lean protein (sometimes i miss meal 6)
im alittle over 200 atm at 5 9. am i not eating enuff? not often enough? too many shakes which i think i am? i have been doing this for about 6-7 weeks and im getting lean but hit a stopping point. help guys.
