    Clen question?

    Ok so after my research I am confused on one thing. Clen and fat loss, one article said that it reduces catabolic muscle loss on a low cal diet forcing the body to burn fat. Is this the best way to use it? For effective fat burn, is it best to cut cals down to 1200 -1800 a day, mostly protein? Or cut to 2500-3000, high protein low carb low fat? 30yrs old 6’2” 265lbs, will be down to 12-15% bf before I start.

    Thanks, I have had this saved to my favorites. I plan to use this as my template as well. I should have been clearer about my question. My question is about caloric, and protein intake.

    How low do I need to cut my calories?

    I'd go with 500 to 800 calories less a day with a high protein and low carb intake diet.

    Don't forget the glutamine and casein protein everyday before going to sleep!!!!!!

    Clens anti-catabolic capabilities are over-hyped. Cut your calories as long as you want man, until desired results. To determine your caloric and macronutrient needs you should post in the diet section, your diet.
