Ok so after my research I am confused on one thing. Clen and fat loss, one article said that it reduces catabolic muscle loss on a low cal diet forcing the body to burn fat. Is this the best way to use it? For effective fat burn, is it best to cut cals down to 1200 -1800 a day, mostly protein? Or cut to 2500-3000, high protein low carb low fat? 30yrs old 6’2” 265lbs, will be down to 12-15% bf before I start.
