otc pct?

are there any over the counter or easy to access supplements for a ptc after a test cycle? i kno there are alot of products out there that say they are anti estrogen test boosters for after cycle but are products like novedex from gaspari ok? getting the gear is hard enough but the ptc is even harder. do you need an rx for all good pct produts? please dont flame.. its an honest question.
