6'0 178lbs. 14%bf. Looking to add a little bit more pop this year. This is really my first time. I have Sustaplex test, nolvadex, and clomid on hand. Planning on just using Test alone since it is my first time. What is the right way to go about using this? I was thinking 2ml a week w/1 nolvadex tab a day, for 10wks. Then taking the clomid after the test is gone? Any advice or tips would be very useful. I have searched all over these forums and there is great advice, but at times confusing, so please help if you can. Thank you!

there are different ways to runnin sust. some like to run it eod to benefit from the prop and others run it twice a week. u can choose either but obviously twice a week is easier wit less injections.

how strong is ur sust? u can run 1 ml twice a week and save ur nolva and clomid for pct.

Yes, I plan to inject twice a wk. It is British Dragon sustaplex 250. Will this boost my strength a decent amount? I'm not wanting/expecting a huge significant change obviously. Also, When using the nolva and clomid as a PCT should I just be taking 1 tab of each a day immediately after I finish the Test? Thank you.

yeah its a big chance ur gear might be fake so take a few pics of it and post it in the pictures section before u start ur cycle.

Its definitely legit. I have had it for over a year and the other people who went in with me have used it. Anyways, so twice a wk. Then use clomid and nolva once daily after the test is gone correct?

yes twice a week and pct starts 18 days after ur last injection. take clomid at 100mg ed for 4 weeks and nolva 20mg ed for 4 weeks. u should recover good from that
