Dont worry about my stats as i know i need to bulk being so small, but im close to my goal of being lean before bulking.
As im waiting on stuff i have been trying so hard to get below 10%bf so i can try and bulk clean.
I do morning AM cardio 6 days a week i do 20 mins on the gym bike at 8/12 split so 8sec as fast as i can then 12 at 70% until 20 mins is up, then i do another 10 mins at a good pace.
I do weights about 4-5 days depending if i stack another muscle in somewhere.
After that i do another 30 mins cardio this is usually after 3pm.
Cardio AM : 6:20am till 6:50am
Diet:
7:00 Animal cuts skim milk 1 cup
7:30 protein shake (water) ON whey 50g pro + a banana.3 creakic, 1x cla
10:30 can of tuna in SW on 4 rice cakes , a squirt of tom sauce.400ml water
12:00 animal cuts 400ml water.
12:30 200g of chicken, letteuce , LF mayo , tomato on lavish bread thin flat type.400ml water. 1x cla
train: weights 3pm ish 300ml water as i train
4:15 pro shake (water) 50g 3 creakic banana.
6:00pm meat and veggies steak/chicken, carrots ,peas,beans,broc.1x cla
8:30pm
either a 50g shake or 200g of LF cottage cheese.
Its about 1900cals in and about 3800cals out.
I am losing it very slowly i feel like my diet is to strict as in fat intake and carbs, i am so affraid of eating fat but also worry thats why im not dropping it.
Im 32 but it shouldnt take 3 months to lose 4 kilo and about 5%BF should it?
