    Question cutting , NEW DIET

    Dont worry about my stats as i know i need to bulk being so small, but im close to my goal of being lean before bulking.

    As im waiting on stuff i have been trying so hard to get below 10%bf so i can try and bulk clean.

    I do morning AM cardio 6 days a week i do 20 mins on the gym bike at 8/12 split so 8sec as fast as i can then 12 at 70% until 20 mins is up, then i do another 10 mins at a good pace.
    I do weights about 4-5 days depending if i stack another muscle in somewhere.
    After that i do another 30 mins cardio this is usually after 3pm.
    Cardio AM : 6:20am till 6:50am
    Diet:
    7:00 Animal cuts skim milk 1 cup
    7:30 protein shake (water) ON whey 50g pro + a banana.3 creakic, 1x cla

    10:30 can of tuna in SW on 4 rice cakes , a squirt of tom sauce.400ml water
    12:00 animal cuts 400ml water.

    12:30 200g of chicken, letteuce , LF mayo , tomato on lavish bread thin flat type.400ml water. 1x cla
    train: weights 3pm ish 300ml water as i train

    4:15 pro shake (water) 50g 3 creakic banana.

    6:00pm meat and veggies steak/chicken, carrots ,peas,beans,broc.1x cla

    8:30pm
    either a 50g shake or 200g of LF cottage cheese.

    Its about 1900cals in and about 3800cals out.
    I am losing it very slowly i feel like my diet is to strict as in fat intake and carbs, i am so affraid of eating fat but also worry thats why im not dropping it.
    Im 32 but it shouldnt take 3 months to lose 4 kilo and about 5%BF should it?

    Please note i need advice not sarcasim , flamming, being run down or called names.......

    I tell you right now... the diets crap... and your dieting too hard.... you NEED to eat more and NEED to eat better to loose weight.... right now your in starvation mode and that weight your loosing is most likely muscle....

    You need more complex carbs, also cut the peas and carrots out of your diet entirely. More whole food protein sources, plenty of them out there, the only time you need to use whey is pre and post workout.     Your timimng on your meals need to be tweaked too. Sometimes you have 1.5 hrs between and another one you have almost 4 hrs. A good diet for bulk or cutting will maintain an even bloodsugar level. Space your meals evenly with complex carbs.

    A 2000 cal deficite per day is not good. You need to have a 500cal deficite. And I drink 1.5 gal of water daily.

    MEAL 1: 07:00 CALS/ FAT /CARBS / PROT
    Weetbix x 3, 250ml skim milk, protein shake – 575/8/62/64


    MEAL 2: 09:30
    3 x corns thin, 1 can tuna, cottage cheese. – 289/5/17/58

    MEAL 3 : 12:00
    200gr Lean beef, 1 cup brown rice, mushrooms, 715/32/46/61

    Workout: 13:00
    PWO 1 serving anatorp70, fruit, pro shake - 320/1.5/57/44

    MEAL 4: 15:30
    250ml egg whites - 150/0/3/32

    MEAL 5: 18:00
    Meat and veggies, normal dinner. - 662/30/36/64

    MEAL 6 20:30
    Casin shake or LF cottage cheese. - 144/3/5/25

    MEAL 7 ( during the night if I wake) - 144/3/5/25
    LF Cottage cheese

    APPROX 2863 CALS , 76G FAT , 172 CARB , 367 PROT.

    Outgoing with workouts, am cardio and weights is 3197
