    High motabolism diets

Ok im asking anybody out there with a high motab to what diet they are sticking to that gets results that you can actually stick to with a full time job.. Iv had a few diet plans in the past but almost everything i tried wasnt getting me any results.

The only time i gained weight was when i was eating so much i was almost throwing up 4 times a day so it made it near impossible to lift weights, then when i stopped that diet i went straight back to normal weight again because the extra fat was burnt off so fast.

im about 66kg right now and dont want to be more than 80kg, I was considering going on steriods to help gain weight to arround the high 7x kg mark.

im not on a bulking diet right now but this is what i eat rougly:

    breakfast
two fried eggs, two slices of toast and crossant

    lunch
1st meal. paella or different meats with bread or pasta with beef and sause
2nd meal. 1/2 a chicken with potatos or cod with potatos or tortilla etc
    3rd meal. mixed fruits
4th meal. bowle of saled [lettice, tomatos, carrots, boiled eggs, olives]

    dinner
tuna and pasta or prawns with rice, eggs and bean sprouts

    snack
ham sandwitch or tuna sandwitch or scrambled egg with bread.

my old bulking method was much bigger but too hard to stick to and do weights at the same time.. I know bulking natrully is better but sometimes its too hard to stick to with a high motab and a full time job.

any advice is apreciated, sorry for the long ass post.

bro you are going to have to provide us with the macros(cals, pro, carb, fat) and give us your stats (height, weight, bf). This is the basic starting point to any diet. So supply us with this info and we can offer some feedback.
