A few pics before I get "BIG"

I posted these the day the board went down, so I'm putting them up again. These were taken a couple weeks ago at 6'3" 255 lbs and 6.2% bodyfat. Plans are to go to about 280 by January.

The plan to get to 280 is this, or something very similar:

wk 1-15 400mg EQ per wk
wk 4-15 400mg test en per wk
wk 6-12 50mg anadrol per day

    also, nolavadex daily

    7000 calories a day!

Thanks for all the compliments, guys!

I started the EQ two weeks ago and decided to start the test a little early, took my first shot this past weekend. I think the EQ is kicking in already as I felt a little different during last night's workout. I've begun to increase calories and am sleeping a lot more already. I don't really look forward to bulking like most. My life becomes: work, workout, eat, and sleep. No time for anything else!

I'll keep you guys posted as things go along.

Well, honestly, I've never used any anti e's before. Never needed to. May run proviron with the Drols or maybe just nolvadex the whole way through. Thanks for all the positive replies. Anybody see any problem areas?

If it were me, I'd put the abombs in the first 6 weeks instead of near the end. I heard people can crash big off abombs, and it'd be better to keep growing when you stop them, rather than just be coming close to the end. That's just I what I think, but I don't have as much cycle experience as you.

    Good Luck!

Well, I don't plan on crashing after the Anadrol, becasue I probably won't even come off. At this point, it looks as if when this cycle ends, I will simply switch to winny for a while and then tren straight thru to the show. It will depend, but I have a feeling that is what I will do.

You were asking for some constructive criticism on another thread so here goes. If i were your trainer i would have you put an emphasis on some heavy tension ab exercises. Seems like you have your bf in check but dont have the solid ab developement. 2nd emphasis would be front deltoids and upper chest. Again good developement but not enough to porportion your rear delts and back. Try starting you chest days with heavy incline movements and maybe even working shoulders in on chest day with only little emphasis on rear delts. Lastly looks like your outer biceps need to be brought up to par. Those have a detrimental effect on appearance from your side poses. Concentrate on close grip movements throughout your bicep routine. Palm down curls and bringing my wrist all the way out on the top of single hand dumbell curls works well for me. Other than that your doing well bro, best of luck

Hey SB, I'm with Physcoswole, nothing but props bro, but if I had to find fault it would be arms and calves. Having long limbs must be a dog. I'm sure you train them hard but your quads really over power your calves. Upper and lower arms are hard as rock but need more size to be balanced. You look like a big strong guy who can hold his own on stage but do not yet have that symetrical BBer look. Not meant as a flame brother, I wish I was near as lean as you.

I want to thank you guys for the critiques, Psycho, Pete, and Krash. The calves are a weak spot I realize. They need another 1-2 inches to match my arms. I have already put over an inch on them in the last few months. As for abs, I wasn't flexing them in any of the pics, they are more than developed enough. I don't like the bulging out ab look. At the moment, I am having trouble working forearms and bi's due to a tendon problem in my elbows. Thanks again for the constructive criticism. That is exactly what I am looking for. I'll keep you guys posted.
