    Meal Timing?

Quick question, is 3.5 - 4 hour too long inbetween meals?

imo yes, i prefer 2-3 hours between my meals. I have days where I cant get one meal in for 4 hours but other than that I try to keep it to 2.5 to 3 hours

Everyone has different opinions on this, i eat every 2 hours and it works well for me. I notice if i eat every 2 hours i tend to store less fat as compared to eating every 4 and eating a bigger meal.

More important is that you get you your daily required macros in a steady state. Sometimes I can go 3-4 hours, albeit I try not to, without a meal but I still achieve my required macros. I avg around a meal every 3 hours. Another reason I prefer polysaccharides and low GI food
